Understanding the "No Service" Fee

What is the "No Service" Fee?

The "No Service" fee is a lump-sum payment made by the funeral service provider if no funeral service is required or if the family chooses not to use our full funeral service package.

Important Note

This payment does not affect your monthly premiums. It is an additional benefit paid out when our full service is not utilized, providing financial flexibility for different circumstances.

Terms and Conditions

POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. No medical examination required
  2. Every plan has a joining fee: STARTER, SILVER, PLATINUM, GROCERY PLAN, SMFS1 MATSOGO, SMFS2 MATSOGO AND DECOR: R180 | MOHAU PLAN AND KINGDOM REST PLAN: R100
  3. The inception date is on the day we receive the first premium (not joining fee)
  4. Waiting period for all members is six (6) months (after paying joining fee and first premium)
  5. Should payments be missed for 3 consecutive months (90 days), plan will lapse and six (6) months waiting period will apply
  6. The joining fee to be paid to the agent completing the necessary document and the monthly premium to be paid at the branch or deposited into the account or debit order
  7. Maximum membership is only (14) fourteen people
  8. Should a child be born to a principal member, the principal member has 90 days to update his/her application
  9. Premium payments should be made before the 7th of every month. Policy will lapse after 3 consecutive months of non-payments
  10. When a policy lapses, all members will have a 6 months waiting period and it will commence after all premiums are paid up to date
  11. We cater for 200km radius. If more, a fee will be charged
  12. Premium can increase with a 30 days notice
